They are concerned in principle, only the Americans, if Iran starts to develop nuclear weapons, because many Iranians who are not enjoying our company. But to be honest, Iran is no longer a major threat with nuclear weapons than any other country.
If they can prove that the international body responsible for monitoring, which have not developed weapons, why not let them build their own path of nuclear energy for power.
