Why is my Yamaha FX High Output air filter clogged with Oil? - yamaha waverunner fx

I just changed my Yamaha Waverunner 50 hours service. I had performed the usual 50 hour service and changed the air filter. Now I'm about 68 hours with the oil in my new air filter. Please help me understand how this happens in two 2005 Yamaha Waverunner FX High Output. Something does not feel good in my service team. Thanks for the help!
